of the the Providence Dyeing, Bleaching and Calendaring (PDB&C) Mill in Olneyville.. The Plant will include
thirty, affordable live/work artist housing units, 31,000 square feet of commercial and retail space and over
100 parking spaces on site and in an adjacent building.
